Returns & Replacement Policy

At Neferti OÜ, we are committed to providing a transparent and straightforward 14 Days Return & Replacements policy for your satisfaction. The 14-day period starts from receipt of the product.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

  1. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. 
  2. Replacement items are subject to inspection by the Neferti team.
  3. Damages resulting from neglect or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
  4. The returned product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you may return the item within the 14-day period, and we will refund 100% of the gemstone’s purchase price, provided the above conditions are met. Note: Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Custom jewellery items (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for a monetary refund. However, within 14 days of delivery, you can request a store credit valued at 75% of your invoice total for future purchases of our products.

Return via parcel machine

You can return the products received from the Omniva parcel machine through the parcel machine using the return code sent by SMS (you can find it in the package arrival notification).

You can return the products received from the Itella SmartPOST parcel machine through the parcel machine using the same door code as when you received the parcel. When returning parcels ordered to white parcel machines, the return code must be entered on the Smartpost self-service page my.smartpost.ee . Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel a custom-made jewellery order, Neferti will deduct a percentage of making charges from the total purchase price, determined by our team based on manufacturing costs. If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, the certification cost will be deducted.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
  • Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any additional lab certificate ordered separately from the free certificate with the gemstone or Gemstone jewellery will not be refunded.
  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days from the product’s reception at our address. Please be aware that credit card companies/banks may take an additional week to reflect the refund in your account.
