Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. For custom-made items, additional time may be required, and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.
2. Delivery Estimates
- Within Tallinn: 1-2 business days
- Outside Tallinn (within Estonia): 2-3 business days
- Outside Estonia: 5-7 business days
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method. During peak times, such as pre-holiday seasons or promotional periods, orders may experience a delay of 1-2 additional business days.

6. Delivery Delays
Unforeseen delays, including weather disruptions and customs processing for international orders, may affect delivery times. Neferti is not liable for delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may not be eligible for international shipping due to regional restrictions. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly.
9. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Neferti is not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment may incur additional shipping fees. Unclaimed packages returned to us will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost.
